I completely agree; the crucial factor is essentially whether the established businesses would accept it. The change is disliked by some. I see it all the time as a UX going into make a change and you can see the dislike.
That’s certainly a psychological maybe even a cultural barrier. Quite often I hear people say that they are scared that AI will take their job, which I understand but we are not there… yet. With any change there will always be resistance.
I have written a few pieces on the topic, and I completely agree. AI should be used as a tool to enhance our own abilities, and we should embrace the fear.
